My proof is widespread constipation.nnSecondly, you have to give the body 'cell-food'...food that has the building blocks for new cells to be made that arenpristine and not degraded or less than the originals, which is one of the causes of growing old.nnSo, now we can get back to the title of this article and how to "fix hemroids or hemorrhoids" once we have been surprised and shocked by their presence in our lives.nnThey sure are nasty critters and can cause great worry and discomfort and pain.
