            In the second part of the study, these impotent men were asked to improve there unhealthy lifestyle living style. This included eating healthy diet, daily exercise, and adequate sleep. This routine was allowed to be carried on for about 2 months and then again these men were asked the questions about their sex life. To the surprise, 80% of the men reported better erections and satisfactory sex life. The men who were not able to get the results were asked to continue the healthy lifestyle for more 2 months and then there were asked questions about the sexual performance. These men also reported improvement in the penile functioning. This part of the study gave a clear idea that men with the impotence problem can overcome their problem by giving up unhealthy lifestyle.

 

Healthy lifestyle is the easiest method to overcome the impotence and also all your sex related problems. Healthy weight, along with the daily exercise routine, reduced stress, and no tensions help the men to gain the good results during the sexual ecstasy. Generally the problem of impotence is found to persistent in the weak men, so if you are healthy then you may get resistant to impotence. Giving the habits of smoking and drinking can also help you a lot to cure the impotence because many times impotence is found to be caused by smoking and drinking alcohol.
