Affiliate marketing is definitely the way to make money online. We all know that. But with so many different ways to do it, where to start? Well Cost Per Action or CPA maybe the hottest way to go right now!
Cost Per Action is a little bit different from other programs because we are not selling anything. We are not earning a commission off of a sale. We are generating leads for the merchant. A lead is just a sign up. Sometimes as simple an email address or it can be a complete registration for something.
Businesses will pay good money for the leads that you send them. This is because these leads are targeted consumers. They already are showing an interest and usually need just a little more info to make a purchase.
Similar to affiliate marketing we can setup a landing page with various free samples of different products. A visitor to our page may see something they like and click through to the merchant page. If the visitor then signs up for the free sample we get paid.
What is great about CPA over affiliate marketing is that we are not really selling anything. We are not trying to get anyone to take their wallet out and buy. We just need them to sign up. And usually this sign up is for free samples of a quality product that they already use!
Cost Per Action networks are all over just like affiliate ones. You just need to apply and sign up. Once setup you can search the database and pick out campaigns you like. Promote them just like you would affiliate products either by web, email, or PPC.
